Oyova Software was contacted by CTO Brian Malek to bid on a project which would encompass a complete new system to take their MySchoolStreams platform to another level. After a few short but detailed planning sessions with their staff, as well as their design team at Burdette Ketchum, we came away with a short timeline and a complete vision of a platform which connects high school communities online.

Video and Picture sharing, club calendars, school events are just some of the features we built on top of the core platform. With more features planned, the leadership team at PlanetHs.com has chosen Oyova to help them build the next big thing.

Stonewall Resort contacted Oyova with an urgent need. They had 2 weeks to launch a system, have it production ready, and we delivered. The project was straight forward, create a system that enabled backend admins to manage and modify registrations to enable access to certain key files as well as provide audit capability so they could see who, and when, viewed the files.

They gave us 2 weeks, we delivered in 3 days. With our custom framework for delivering high end web applications, and customer portals, Oyova was able to deliver a fully functional backend system, fully configurable, with many features they didn't even request. We thought it was key to deliver to them a solid product, so we went above those specs and delivered an integrated email system with configurable templates, and configurable approval system of registration accounts. The project was a huge success, we turned around their product request in 3 days, and had them testing their new system in 4.

Pixel Driven approached us for our expertise in Farcry CMS, they had a client that wanted to take control of their content, Pixel Driven knew the direction they wanted to take their client, and Oyova provided the technical consulting for the Farcry CMS system. Even though the process was as seamless as possible, we still met challenges, and delivered results that translated into a huge project success for their client.

Andy Johnson was looking for Google Map development for Notary.net, we got together and talked about some ideas, and had a solution in place in days. Followed by a follow up project to further advance the user experience of the user setup, and locational information. We still stay in contact and intend on supporting Notary.net as they continue to grow and build their valuable service.

From the ground up, Oyova developed their platform with our unique framework which enabled us to deliver fast, and continually upgrade and improve the user experience. Launched in March of 08, Propertyqube.com continues to grow at an amazing pace.
