Once we have a clear understanding of the project requirements, we move on to Step 2.

Step 2: Screen and Interview

It may sound simple, but it’s really not. Many less-qualified job-seekers in IT have developed a high level of skill at fooling interviewers, and it can take some time to weed them out. Luckily, our recruiters know what to look for.
