Oyova Ranks #2536 on the 2020 Inc. 5000 With Three-Year Revenue Growth of 162.19 Percent

On Tuesday, Oyova was ranked #2536 on the Inc. magazine’s 2020 Inc. 5000 list. This popular and widely respected ranking of companies specifically reviews and lists independent small businesses.

The accolade puts Oyova among today’s most successful businesses in the US economy, joining the ranks of past honorees Intuit, Microsoft, Patagonia, Under Armour, and Zappos.
Companies that appear on the Inc. 5000 list this year are particularly remarkable, given the unprecedented growth rates required to make the list, with Inc. calling the median 165-percent growth rate “staggering.” Total revenue for the companies on the list was $29 billion in 2019 alone. Over the past three years, Oyova and the other Inc. 5000 companies have created more than 1 million jobs.

Repeated recognition of Oyova’s growth
This announcement is not the first time Oyova has been recognized for its growth in 2020. In March, Oyova appeared within the Inc. 5000 list specific to Florida, achieving #197 in that ranking.
In late July, another business publication, the Jacksonville Business Magazine, acknowledged the speed at which Oyova is expanding. The magazine’s Fast 50 list looked at the previous three years of revenue for locally owned, privately held companies in Florida’s First Coast.
About the Inc. 5000
As of December 31, 2019, companies on the list must have met these parameters in order to be considered for the list:
- For-profit
- Privately held
- US-based
- Independent (i.e., not a division or subsidiary of another company).
- Have made at least $2 million in 2019 and at least $100,000 in 2016
- Was formed and producing revenue no later than March 31, 2016.
The Inc. 5000 looks at the revenue for the past year in comparison to the revenue four years prior. In 2020, that means looking at the percent difference between 2019 and 2016 figures.
This honor stems from a key part of Oyova’s company philosophy, which is that quality creates results, which in turn create revenue growth, noted McGraw.
